Spanish Notary Services

The Spanish authorities usually require any document, for example a Spanish Power of Attorney signed by you in the UK to be notarised before it can be used or before it can have any legal effect. The Notary will seal the document with a notarial stamp. Once signed by you and stamped by the Notary, we will arrange for the document to be legalised with the Apostille of the Hague Convention, which is also necessary before it will be accepted in Spain.

We work with Notaries all over the country and therefore it does not matter where in the UK you are located, as we will find a Notary local to you.
